Please submit a request via email with your pet's photo attached. (see Contact Us) Most formats accepted. The higher the resolution, the better. :) 

 

Be sure to include your name and address, your design choice (Stars, Hearts, or Flowers), as well as your pet's name.

 

You will receive an email approving your photo, a link to PayPal for payment, and an estimate of arrival time. Finished product will be ship, within 5 days of purchase, via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping cost is $8 per piece.
